On Friday, 10/28, Hale & True will be highlighting cider as a cocktail ingredient with a one-night only cider cocktail menu designed by taproom manager, Claire Trindle. Cider works remarkably well in a range of cocktails, and we are excited to showcase Hale & True ciders alongside our favorite Pennsylvania spirits.
Hale & True proudly makes cider on-site from a seasonal blend of locally grown Pennsylvania apples. Combining fresh-pressed cider with carefully selected ingredients, we create dry, easy-drinking ciders that are balanced yet complex. All our ciders are naturally gluten free.
Claire is an experienced bartender, Certified Cider Professional, and an active member of both the United States Bartenders Guild and Pink Boots Society. In addition to being the taproom manager at Hale & True, she is the founder of mobile bartending and cocktail kit company, Blind Bear.
