You know her from the bar and from the many other places in Philly she’s worked. Britt Evan’s first blend “19143” from 2025 was such a success at Pip’s, and everywhere else that sold it, that she wanted to make another specially for this year’s Philly Cider Week and Pip’s 1yr Anniversary. “Ascension” or Britt’s Blend #2 will launch at Pip’s at 8pm on Saturday and Britt will be hanging out to chat all things cider and blending.
