The Official Kickoff to Philly Cider Week!
Introducing “Cochon et Cidre”, the official kick-off party for this years’ Philly Cider Week.
Join Royal Boucherie and Khyber Pass Pub for an indoor/outdoor collaborative pork and cider fest complete with live music! Featuring both French-focused and New Orleans-inspired fare the event will include a whole roasted pig, pork belly cracklins, smoked sausage with grilled peppers and onions, boudin and vegan boudin, oysters, Cajun deviled eggs, pork tenderloin, beignets, and much more.
As the kick-off to Philly Cider Week, cider will be available from After The Fall, ANXO, Big Hill Ciderworks, Dressler Estate, Manoff Market Cidery, Ploughman Farm Cider at Khyber and French cider by Calvados Toutain (imported by Le Bouchon) as well as a pork fat-washed Calvados Old Fashioned at Boucherie.
Live music will be held out the front on the 2nd street sidewalk courtesy of the talented Drew Nugent & The Midnight Society and the Ben Karp Trio.
