On Monday October 21st, ASB will be hosting the crew from Shacksbury Cider (Vergennes, VT) for Philly Cider Week, and they’re bringing along the 2024 release of their fall favorite -- Sweater Weather! We'll have cans of Sweater Weather along with some of our other Shacksbury favorites. Since our first sip we’ve been enchanted by their refreshing and complex ciders, and we’re thrilled to once again celebrate Philly Cider Week with a Shacksbury Shindig. We here at ASB love a good fall sweater almost as much as Shacksbury co-founders Colin and David, and so we think there’s no better excuse to pull on some knitwear, grab a couple tasty bites, pop some cans & bottles, and pour some cider in celebration of the apple. The descent into Vermont winter requires mental and physical fortification. Sweater Weather is aged in bourbon barrels and sports warming spices and vanilla, and tips the scales at a super-cozy 8.0% ABV. Ideally suited to fall walks, après ski, or quiet contemplation by the fire.
