To host PCW event(s) at your establishment, please select the number of events you’ll be uploading today. Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email with a link to the event upload form where you will be asked for the details of your event. Your event will then be visible to the public within 24 hours of submission. Keep in mind, there is no rush to register if you are not yet ready with the publishable details of your event(s).
We kindly request all events be submitted by October 3rd for inclusion in this year’s press release or by October 15th for inclusion in website and social media promotion. We are not able to guarantee inclusion for events submitted after this date.
