Karin Kozlowski, cidermaker at Cellar Beast Winehouse in Andreas, PA, will be on-site, pouring a selection of their AMAZING ciders. These are some of the most exciting flavors we've tried in local cider in a minute. We'll have a fun special menu of party snacks and a DJ for the occasion.

Our purpose, at Cellar Beast, is to sustainably craft extraordinary wine and cider using minimal intervention. We believe in nature. We believe in stewarding our land to create a healthy, biodiverse space for our beverage ingredients.
Our team (all of whom are certified sommeliers) is comprised of individuals who have worked in many facets of the wine industry; from vineyard management to head winemaker, tasting room to wine sales, sommelier to cellar master.
Karin is our Cider Maker, we call her our Cider Witch. We use all local apples, including fruit from our property and botanicals. We focus largely on spontaneous fermentations while also using beer yeast for specific ciders based on characteristics Karin wants to get from the apples. We use a very low intervention approach, concentrating on unique flavor profiles and small batch releases.
